If your company signs a separate written agreement to use the BUDTUT workforce platform (and a Data Processing Agreement), that agreement governs to the extent of any conflict. These Terms govern your use of the public website only.

If you create an account or submit forms (e.g., “Contact”, “Request a demo”), you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all actions under your credentials.

c) scrape, harvest personal data, or unduly burden our infrastructure;
d) impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation;

g) bypass or interfere with consent/cookie mechanisms or user privacy choices.

19) Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms (with the policies referenced above) are the entire agreement for the website and supersede prior statements regarding website use.
